| Using bioaugmentation to remove recalcitrant organics in conventional biological treatment process, such as ASR,in soil and in groundwater was proved to be an effective way in dealing with environmental problems caused by xenobiotics. Some specific examples were presented and results were analyzed.The difficulties involved in the application of bioaugmentation were discussed and suggestions for further improvement were gaven. |
