水中痕量氰化物的反相流动注射-分光光度测定

      采用巴比土酸 吡啶(BA-P)反相流动注射分光光度法测定了水中痕量易释放氰化物和包括易释放氰化物和络合氰化物在内的无机总氰化物。将BA-P溶液注入到pH 6.2 NaH2PO4-NaOH缓冲溶液、氯胺 T溶液和预蒸馏水样的混合流中,在λmax580nm 处对反应形成的蓝紫色聚亚甲基染料进行分光光度检测。线性范围为0.02~0.90mg/LCN-,检测限为0.003m g/L,测定频率为30 次/h.本法灵敏度高,选择性较好,分析速度快。应用本法测定工业废水中痕量易释放氰化物和无机总氰化物,获得满意结果。

      Barbituric acid pyridine(BA-P)-reversed phase flow injection-spectrophotometric determination of traces of easily liberated cyanides and total inorganic cyanides including the former and complexes cyanides in water was studied.BA-P solution was injected into the mixed flow of pH 6.2 NaH2PO4 NaOH buffer solution,chroramine-T solution and pre distilled water sample.Bluish violet polymethylene dye formed by the reactions was spectrophotometrically detected at λmax 580nm. The linear range is 0.02 to 0.90 mg/L CN- with the detection limit of 0.003 mg/L and the determination frequency of 30 times per hour.This method has high sensitivity,better selectivity and fast analytical speed.It was applied to determination of traces of easily liberated cyanides and total inorganic cyanides in waste water with satisfactory results.
