通过废旧轮胎热解产物的分布研究该过程的温度效应,发现温度升高,燃料油产率增加,炭黑产率减少,即热解温度从450℃~550℃上升到650℃~750℃,燃料油产率从33.1%~35.4% 增加到43.2%~45.1%;炭黑产率从46.2%~49.2% 下降为35.1%~37.1%.采用GC/MS分析燃料油,确定出其中有140 多个组分,整个油品中芳香烃化合物占了75% 以上。橡胶制品的重要补强剂硫或其化合物,在热解过程中一部分进入炭黑,另一部分转移到燃料油中。使用燃烧中和法分别测定了轮胎胶料、炭黑和燃料油中含硫量。结果表明,温度升高,炭黑中硫量减少,从2.25% 下降为2.0%;燃料油中硫量增加,从1.18% 增加为1.80%.当该种炭黑与商品炭黑等量混合使用时,所含硫基本不影响橡胶制品的性能和使用,然而,燃料油中含硫需经脱硫处理才能用作燃料。 |

The yield of the fuel oil increased from33.1%~35.4% to 43.2%~45.1% as the pyrolysis temperature increased from 450℃~550℃ to 650℃~750℃.On the contrary,the yield of carbon black decreased from 46.2%~49.2% to 35.1%~37.1% with the increasing of the temperature.The fuel oil was analyzed by GC/MS.There were more than 140 components in the fuel oil,and more than 75% of the whole oil products were aromatic compounds.When the tyres were pyrolyzed,the sulphur in the waste tyres was distributed in the oil and carbon black respectively.The sulphur was analyzed by combustion neutralization method.The results showed that the sulphur in carbon black decreased from2.25% to 2.0%,and that in oil increased from 1.18% to 1.80% with the pyrolysis temperature increasing.When the carbon black in equally mixed with commercial carbon black,the sulphur in the carbon black does not affect the property and use of the rubber products.However,the oil product used as fuel must be desulphured. |
