硝基苯降解菌生长特性及其降解活性

      从一些下水道底泥中筛选分离、驯化得到2株厌氧降解硝基苯高效菌吉氏拟杆菌(Bacteroides distasonis)和屎拟杆菌(Bacteroides merdae),能与葡萄糖共代谢还原硝基苯。实验确定了吉氏拟杆菌和屎拟杆菌的最适生长条件为:温度28~35℃;pH6.5~7.2;NaCl浓度为0.4%~0.5%.该菌最大降解硝基苯的速率为95mg/(L·d),1g葡萄糖能共代谢还原200mg~260mg硝基苯。并对硝基苯厌氧还原成苯胺作出了定性和定量描述,提出了厌氧-好氧联合处理硝基苯废水的技术路线。
英文摘要
      Two obligate effective anaerobic strains Bacteroides distasonis and Bacteroides merdae which can highly reduce nitrobenzene into aniline by cometabolism with glucose were obtained by enriching, screening and acclimatizing the strains in active sludge got from a pharmaceutical factory. The growing conditions are optimized as follows:pH6.5~7.5,28~35℃, and NaCl concentration of 0.4%~0.5%. The maximum degradation rate of nitrobenzene is 95mg·(L·d)-1,referring to 200mg~260mg of nitrobenzene per gram of glucose. The quantitative and qualitative descriptions concerning with the reduction of nitrobenzene into aniline under anaerobic condition are also presented. In addition, a new anaerobicaerobic process which aims at treating nitrobenzene-containing wastewater is put forward in this paper.
