采用HPLC柱后衍生荧光法测定了5、6月份北京中关村地区大气中的H2O2和有机过氧化物。除H2O2外,共测出了7种以上有机过氧化物。有3种通过HPLC色谱保留时间得到了鉴定,分别是甲基过氧化氢(CH3OOH,MHP),羟甲基过氧化氢(HOCH2OOH,HMHP)和乙基过氧化氢(CH3CH2OOH,EHP).另外,还有4种未知有机过氧化物。H2O2和MHP是大气中2种主要的过氧化物。MHP浓度是H2O2浓度的2.7%-22%,平均为9.3%.测得的H2O2的浓度范围从<0.0016-2.65×10-9(V/V),HMHP<0.0016-0.17×10-9(V/V),MHP<0.0021-0.28×10-9(V/V).在光照强,天气状况稳定的情况下,H2O2和MHP呈现一定的日变化规律,一般是早晚较低,中午较高。H2O2和MHP与大气中的O3具有一定的正相关关系而与NO和NO2呈现一定的负相关关系。 |

Measurements of H2O2 and organic peroxides in ambient air were made at Zhongguancun,Beijing of China in May—June by HPLC with HRP as catalyst and PHPAA as substrate.Except for H2O2,seven organic peroxides were detected,among which three organic peroxides were identified as methyl hydroperoxide(CH3OOH,MHP),hydroxymethyl hydroperoxide(HOCH2OOH,HMHP)and ethyl hydroperoxide(CH3CH2OOH,EHP)and other four organic peroxides were unknown.H2H2 and MHP are the two major peroxides.The concentration of MHP is 2.7%—22% of the H2O2 concentration.The concentration of H2O2 is <0.0016—2.65×10-9,HMHP<0.0016—0.17×10-9,MHP<0.0021—0.28×10-9.The diurnal variation of peroxides is regular with the lowest measured at morning and night and the highest near midday at the condition of weather being fine and stable.H2O2 and MHP show the same trend with zone but vary inversely with NO and NO2. |
