将流动注射技术引入N-(1-萘基)乙烯二胺光度法测定NO2-分析体系,采用单阀双带注入镀镉锌片还原柱带隔离的阀体流路,建立了同时测定微量NO2-和NO3-的分析方法。NO2--N的测定范围为0.01-2.0μg/ml,NO3--N的测定范围为0.05-5.0μg/ml,分析速度为30样/h.方法应用于环境水样及蔬菜中NO2-和NO3-的同时测定,结果满意。 |

A flow injection spectrophotometry is proposed for simultaneous determination of nitrite and nitrate based on the N-(1-naphthyl)- ethylenediamine spectrophotometry.A technique of double zone injection and reductor column of cadmium plated zinc power zone isolation is adopted.The ranges of determination are 0.01—2.0μg/ml for NO2--N and 0.05—5.0 μg/ml for NO3--NThe sampling rate is 30 samples per hour.This method has been applied to the determination of nitrite and nitrate in environmental waters and vagetables with satisfactory results. |
