对几种含氟和有机硅氧烷的涂层进行了青岛、厦门2海域的浅海浸泡试验。利用FT-IR反射红外和X光电子能谱对防污涂层的表面化学结构进行了表征,得出涂层表面的有机硅氧烷是造成涂层具有良好防污性的根本原因。聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)填料在涂层中的变化对防污性影响不大,聚氨酯树脂涂层的防污性较差 |
英文摘要 |
The coatings which contain fluorocarbon and silicone rubber were evaluated in two sea regions.The surface structure of coatings were investigated by FT-IR,XPS analyses.This study found that materials of polytetrafluroethylene (PTFE) and rich silicone rubber on coating surface based on the low free energy so that barnacle settling on them was unable to attach permanently and could be removed by moving water.The silicone rubber on coating surface permitted only small amounts of fouling to attach,and very low adhesion of the fouling species was observed.The polyurethane coating has serious fouling.The wettability and surface structure of PTFE,and PTFE powder content in coatings are not effect in antifouling property. |
