硫氮比对废水脱氮与沼气脱硫耦联功能菌的影响

      从废水脱氮与沼气脱硫耦联反应器中分离到了2株同步脱氮除硫功能菌——荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)和铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa).在pH 7.0,温度30℃,无供氧,培养时间2 d的条件下进行了2株功能菌纯培养的同步脱氮除硫效果试验,研究了不同硫氮比对同步脱氮除硫效果的影响.结果表明,在同样条件下,铜绿假单胞菌对NO-x-N的去除率明显比荧光假单胞菌高,但2株菌对S2-的去除效率差别不大;荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)、 铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)同步脱氮除硫效果最佳的硫氮摩尔比[n(S)/n(N)]分别为5/2~5/3、 5/3~5/4.同时荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)具有迅速将NO-3-N转化为NO-2-N的能力,其未去除NO-x-N以NO-2-N为主,尤其在低浓度初始NO-x-N条件;铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)的未去除NO-x-N以NO-3-N为主.在追求单质硫产物时,荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)、 铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)最佳的n(S)/n(N)比分别为5/4、 5/3.
英文摘要
      Two strains Pseudomonas fluorescens and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated from the reactors coupling nitrogen removal from wastewater and hydrogen sulfide removal from biogas. It was investigated that sulfide to nitrate ratios had effects on the simultaneous removal of sulfide and nitrate of the two strains under the conditions of pH 7.0,temperature 30℃,anaerobic,cultured for 2 days. The results showed that the nitrate-nitrogen removal rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was higher than that of Pseudomonas fluorescens under the same conditions. The sulfide-sulfur removal rates of the two strains had little difference. The best molar n(S)/n(N) of sulfide and nitrate removal rates of Pseudomonas fluorescens and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 5/2-5/3,5/3-5/4,respectively. Pseudomonas fluorescens could transform NO-3-N into NO-2-N fast,its principal NO-x-N not removed was NO-2-N,especially at the low initial concentration of NO-x-N. The NO-x-N not removed was NO-3-Nby Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The best molar n(S)/n(N) of sulfur as reaction outcome of sulfide-sulfur were 5/4,5/3 by Pseudomonas fluorescens and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,respectively.
