铜绿微囊藻高温胁迫后的超补偿生长

      将在40℃条件下培养5 d和10 d的铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa FACHB 905)转接至新鲜培养基,以25℃培养条件下转接的相同细胞密度的培养物为对照,然后均置于相同的培养条件下恢复生长.研究了各培养物的生长、叶绿素a浓度、光系统Ⅱ的光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、净光合速率和呼吸速率的变化.结果表明,在40℃高温下分别培养5 d和10 d,铜绿微囊藻的比生长速率、Fv/Fm等指标均受到显著抑制(p<0.01).但在胁迫解除后的中后期,40℃培养5 d组的比生长速率为0.362,显著高于其对照组的0.301(p<0.05),证明在恢复生长中出现超补偿生长现象;而40℃培养10 d组的比生长速率为0.358,与其对照组的0.341差异不显著(p>0.05),证明在恢复生长中出现等补偿生长现象.铜绿微囊藻的这种超补偿生长特性是其成为水华优势种的一个生物内源性因素.
英文摘要
      Two groups of Microcystis aeruginosa FACHB 905 cultures, 40℃ and 25℃ cultures were set in present study. Both of them were cultured for 5 and 10 days before transferred to fresh medium in same cell densities and then cultured under the same conditions at 25℃.The algae which were cultured under 25℃ for all the time were set as the control. The growth, chlorophyll a concentration, Fv/Fm, net photosynthetic rate and respiration rate were determined after re-inoculation. The result showed that the high temperature treated groups have lower specific growth rate and lower Fv/Fm than those of control groups (p<0.01). However, in the middle-later stage of recovery growth, the specific growth rate of 40℃ for 5 days group was 0.362, and it was significantly higher than that of control groups of 0.301 (p<0.05), while the specific growth rate of 40℃ for 10 days group was 0.358, and there was no significant difference with control. 40℃ for 5 days group showed over-compensatory growth while 40℃ for 10 days group showed exact-compensatory growth. It implies that the over-compensatory growth characteristics of Microcystis aeruginosa is an endogenous biological factor that contributing the outbreak of blooms.
