SRT及碳源浓度对厌氧/好氧交替运行SBR工艺中PHB的影响

      研究了SRT及碳源浓度对厌氧/好氧交替运行SBR工艺活性污泥中PHB的影响.结果表明:SBR51、SBR10及SBR52系统内PHB占MLVSS的最高质量分数分别为9.8%、5.72%和18.89%,好氧初期20min内碳源转化率分别为46%、34%和36.3%,相应PHB的生成速率分别为196.6mg/(L·h)、140mg/(L·h)和295.35mg/(L·h);PHB降解可用PHB在菌体内含量为参数,表征为一级反应动力学;资源化回收PHB需要综合多因素进行考虑;本研究所驯化得到的活性污泥在批式条件下积累PHB主要受到碳源基质浓度梯度的影响.
英文摘要
      Effects of SRT and carbon concentration on the PHB of the anaerobic/aerobic SBR process are studied. The results show that by the order of SBR51,SBR10 and SBR52,the maximum PHB content of MLVSS were 9.8%,5.72% and 18.89%, respectively, while carbon translating ratios were 46%,34% and 36.3% during the first 20min of aerobic phase and PHB forming rate were 196.6mg/(L·h), 140mg/(L·h) and 295.35mg/(L·h). PHB degradation rate can be described with a first order degradation rate with respect to the PHB content of the cells. Reclamation of PHB should consider from several factors. Carbon concentration gradient is the main factor influencing PHB formation under batch experiment.
