| 目前对可持续发展内涵有多方面的认识,本文从当然和必然、整体和局部、发展与限制等方面对这一问题进行了分析.对可持续发展模式的分析表明,可持续发展模式包括理论模式和实践模式2种.为了促进可持续发展从理论向实践的快速转化,提出了在有条件的地区建设生态产业园区的设想,并认为它可能是未来社会可持续发展的一种比较理想的模式. |
| 英文摘要 |
| There exist different kinds of views on the connotation of sustainable development of the society. In this paper, analysis from several aspects including certainty and necessity, the whole and the parts, development and limitation to the issue is given. Meanwhile, it can be shown from a summarized analysis to the models of sustainable development that the models consist of two kinds, theory one and practical one. A tentative plan of ecological industrial garden establishment in areas whose local conditions are permitted is put forward to promote its transformation rapidly from theory to practice, and it is regarded as a more perfect model for social sustainable development in the future. |
