| Option selection for engineering projects is a strategic decision making problem.Three key elements,objectives,weightings and attributes were proposed in the paper according to the cognition principle.The objective system establishment,the weighting survey and the attributes analysis were discussed in the paper.The methodology for option ranking was proposed.A case study were introduced to expound application of the weighting attributes analysis method. |
