采用平板式聚乙烯中空纤维膜生物反应器处理丙烯腈废水,进水COD值400~750m g·L1-,反应器的有效体积30L,停留时间50h,经过膜生物反应器处理后COD的出水平均值为189m g·L1-. 同时对膜生物反应器进、出水进行GC/MS分析,试验结果表明:2,6 双(二甲基,乙基)-4-酚、十五醇、十六烯、苯二甲酸、硝基苯二甲酸为生物难降解的有机物. |
英文摘要 |
The effluent COD concentration averaged 189mg·L1- under the conditions of COD feed 400~750mg·L1-,reactor valid volume 30L and hydraulic retention time (HRT) 50h.The result showed that the recalcitrant compounds were dichloroeacetic acid,benzodicarboxylic acid,nitrobenzodicarboxylic acid,hexadecene,pentadecanol and 2,6 bis(methylethyl) 4 phenol by GC/MS analysis.The experimental result confirmed the efficacy of membrane hybrid bioreactor on propenylcyanide wastewater treatment.The impact of operation factors on the system was investigated,which was useful for the technology design of treatment propenylcyanide wastewater. |
