饮用水中BDOC测定动力学研究

      采用悬浮培养测定法,讨论了BDOC测定中动力学特性,得出在28d测定中BDOC的降解动力学满足一级反应,动力学方程为BDOCt=BDOCu(1-10-0.077t),降解常数k=0.077d-1.通过比较实测的BDOC3和据公式计算出的BDOC3,证明这种动力学关系基本正确。研究还证明BDOC328总量的40%左右。为了缩短培养时间,使该测定方法实用,以测定BDOC3代替测定BDOC28是可行的。

      Kinetic characteristic of measurement for Biodegradable Dissolved Organic Carbon (BDOC) in the incubation period was studied by determined the DOC every two days in 28 days. The kinetic equation is showed as BDOCt=BDOCu(1-10-0077t),k=0.077d-1 which is lower compared to the k=0.1d-1 in BOD determination. The result was confirmed by comparing the BDOC calculated through kinetic equation and determined in experiment respectively. Furthermore, BDOC3(incubation period is 3 days) is about 40% of BDOC28(incubation period is 28 days). Based on the study, it is suggested that BDOC3 should be tested to substituted for BDOC28,which will make the BDOC measurement more feasible and sensitive.
