研究春小麦大田栽培和自然光条件下,模拟紫外辐射(UV-B,290~315nm)分别增加2.54、4.25及5.31kJ·m-2对小麦寄生虫麦二叉蚜(Schizaphis graminum)的发生、种群密度、繁殖系数等方面的影响。结果表明麦二叉蚜的种群密度与其当年的发生量密切相关,并且种群密度随着UV-B辐射强度的增加明显降低,但对麦二叉蚜的繁殖特性没有显着的抑制作用。因此认为,未来臭氧层减薄紫外辐射增强对麦二叉蚜发生量的抑制将会降低其种群密度。 |

This paper describes the impacts of increased ultraviolet radiation (UV-B, 280~315nm)on the emergence, population density and reproductive coefficient of spring wheat aphid (Schozaphis graminum) under the condion of field ecosystems. The results show that the rate of emergence and population density of wheat aphid in treatment field are clearly lower than that in control field (natural solar ultraviolet radiation).Furthermore, its occurence and population density are gradually decreased along with the increased UV-B radiation. However, the enhancement in UV-B radiation has indistinct effect on the wheat aphid reproductive coefficient. From the sequences above, it is concluded that the increase in UV radiation in the coming year will be able to control the aphids emergence rate and population density, finally to reduce its damage on spring wheat. |
