采用粉末微电极技术和循环伏安法研究了PbCO3转化为铅酸电池电极活性物质的途径以及几种因素对PbCO3转化的PbSO4/Pb电极性能的影响。PbCO3粉末在H2SO4溶液中化学转化-电化学活化后,正、负极的伏安行为与文献报道的类似。结果表明,较高扫速活化的PbSO4/Pb电极性能稳定且活性较高;转化PbCO3的H2SO4浓度0.5~1.0mol·L-1优于2.5~5.0mol·L-1;30℃附近转化的电极性能较佳。可见,以PbCO3为电极材料制造铅酸蓄电池电极是可行的。 |

To prevent the pollution of refining lead process and realize the cleaner production of lead acid battery, the transformation to electrode active materials and the effects of some factors on the performance of PbSO4/Pb from PbCO3 were investigated by powder microelectrode combined with cyclic voltammetry. The cyclic voltammograms for positive or negative electrode in which PbCO3 suffered chemical transformation to PbSO4, and then electrochemical activation to form PbO2 or Pb in H2SO4 solution were similar to those reported in the literatures. The results showed that the electrochemical activity and stability of the PbSO4/Pb electrode transformed by higher scan rate were better, that 0.5~1.0 mol·L-1H2SO4 solution was better than 2.5mol·L-15.0mol·L-1,and that the electrode property was good at 30℃ during the chemical transformation. Thus, it is possible to make the electrodes of lead acid battery from PbCO3. |
