在270℃、8.82MPa条件下采用催化湿式氧化法试验处理高浓度工业有机废水,反应时间10~15min时,废水中TOC浓度可由17900mg/L降至100mg/L以下。针对这一多相催化氧化反应过程,以TOC为目标污染物,研究建立了涉及液、气、固三相的反应动力学模型。反应时间、反应器入口TOC浓度、反应压力和反应温度等主要因素对反应器净化TOC性能影响的试验表明,该模型计算值与实验值有很好的相关性(相关系数R≥0.94),对进行催化湿式氧化法净化处理废水中TOC性能的模拟研究具有良好的适用性。 |

Under the experimental conditions of 270℃ and 8.82MPa,the industrial wastewater containing high concentration organic compounds was treated by the method of Catalytic Wet Oxidation Process(CWOP).When the reaction time was 10~15 minutes,the concentration of TOC in the wastewater treated could drop from 17900mg/L to lower than 100mg/L.For the multiphase catalytic oxidoreaction process,taking TOC as a target pollutant,a reaction kinetic model involving liquid,gas and solid phases had been established in this research.In the experiments of the main affecting factors on the performance of purifying TOC in wastewater,such as the reaction time,concentration of TOC in inlet of reactor,reaction pressure and reaction temperature,by contrast,a good suitability of the kinetic model for practical process was verified.The interrelation coefficients(R) between calculated data and experimental data were more than 0.94.The kinetic model is more suitable for simulation research of removing concentrated TOC from the wastewater treated in the process of CWOP. |
