分别用静态法和动态法研究了苯重氮氨基偶氮苯键合硅胶(BDAB-SG)吸附水体中痕量汞的条件,提出了一种富集和测定痕量汞的分析方法。结果表明,在pH4.0的条件下可现场富集环境水体中的痕量汞,水体中其它元素不被吸附,BDAB-SG的最大吸附量为96μmol·g-1,吸附的汞在0.1mol/LHClO4+0.1mol/L HCl混合溶液中定量洗脱,其回收率为92%-105%.本方法可用于测定水体中μg·L-1数量级的汞。 |

Silical gel immobilized benzendiazoaminoazobenzene (denoted as BDAS-SG) is used to preconcentrate trace amount of mercury (Ⅱ) from lake water.Conditions for quantitative retention are established.The results show that Hg (Ⅱ) is chemically adsorbed to BDAB silica and its net maxium amount is 96μmol·g-1 in pH=4.0,Hg (Ⅱ) in BDAB SG is washed away by the solution of 0.1 mol/L HClO4+0.1 mol/L HCl.This method is applied to the enrichment and determination of Hg (Ⅱ) in lake water,its recovery is 92%—105%. |
