以人工配制的含酚废水作为研究对象,观察新研制的MD三相流化床好氧生物处理含酚废水的效果。试验结果表明,在进水酚浓度为4100mg/L时,MD三相流化床出水酚浓度为20mg/L-25mg/L,其酚的容积负荷为2.73kg/(m3·d).MD三相流化床能有效地富集高效降解菌,其混合菌群主要由4个属组成,降解菌的优势属为产碱杆菌属(Alcaligenes spp.),占细菌总数的83%. |

In order to observe the efficiency of biotreatment wastewater using MD three-phase fluidized bed,the biodegratation of phenolic wastewater was studied.The results showed that the effluent phenol from MD three-phase fluidized bed was 20—25mg/L when the influent phenol was 4100mg/L and the loading rate of phenol was 2.73kg/(m3·d).Bacteria of high degradation were concentrated in MD three phase fluidized bed.The bacteria group mainly composed 4 genus and abundant genus was Alcaligenes spp.which was 83% of all bacteria. |
