| This paper put forward the volumetric total pollutants control connected to which the poisonous and harmful substance in the solid waste go into air,surface water,and groundwater and accumulate in organisms aiming at how the solid waste can be on volumetric total pollutants controled and by researching the transport and transformation law of the poisonous and harmful substance in the solid waste.The method of determining the urban or regional standards of the volumetric total pollutants control to the solid waste was discussed in this paper. |
