Degradation characteristics of parathion,parathion-methyl and fenitrothion by a enzyme,extracted from the isolated strain YF11,was determined.The optimum pH of enzymatic degradation for parathion and parathion-methyl is 8.0,and that for fenitrothion is 8.5.The optimum temperature of enzymatic degradation for the insecticides is 32.5℃.Michaelis Mentn's constant(Km) of the enzyme for parathion,parathion methyl and fenitrothion are 187.2,205.5 and 212.4nmol/ml,respectively. |
