以甲醛苯酚废水为对象,采用PVA1799冷冻改良法固定化优势菌群,对最佳包埋条件、固化菌体活性恢复特性、甲醛和苯酚的降解特性和pH波动的抵抗特性等进行了研究。结果表明:以10%-17%PVA1799、25%菌泥混合,-4~-10℃冷冻解融4次为最佳包埋工况;固定化菌群最佳的活性恢复时间为3-5d,对浓度为475mg/L的甲醛有95%的去除率,对浓度为565mg/L的苯酚有94%以上的去除率,平均污染物去除率均比游离优势菌群高10%-50%,固定化菌体具有优良的pH环境适应性。 |

In this paper,formaldehyde & phenol wastewater treatment was investigated by using improved frozen PVA1799 immobilization of good strains.The optimal entrapped condition and the characteristics such as activity of immobilized gel,resistibility of high formaldehyde & phenol,flexibility of pH variation were studied.The feasible immobilized process is mixed 10%-17% PVA with 25% strains and -4℃~-10℃ freezing and room temperature thawing for four times.3-5 days is required for the PVA gel to recover activity,and 95% eliminate efficiency for 475mg/L formaldehyde and 94% eliminate efficiency for 565mg/L phenol is obtained,and the average removal of the pollutants is higher 10%-50% than that of ordinary activated sludge. |
