研究用三乙醇胺电解法从废杜美丝中回收制取铜粉的工艺。铜在阳极电解退除,并以铜粉的形式在阴极沉淀回收。实验中确定最佳工艺条件为:铜配离子浓度为0.157mol·L-1,游离三乙醇胺浓度为0.648mol·L-1,pH值7.00,阴极电流密度14A·dm-2,电解温度40℃。在此条件及基体金属不受腐蚀下制得的铜粉,粒径小于74μm的可达90%;阴极的电流效率达91%;平均槽电压0.975V;电能消耗900kW·h/t。 |

In this paper,an electrolytic process has been given for recovering copper from waste dume wire.In this process,copper powder was eletro-deposited on the cathode with electrolytic removal of copper from the anode in the same time.The electrolytic process was carried out under the following optimum technological conditions ,i.e.concentration of [Cu(tea)(OH)]+ 0.157mol·L-1;concentration of triethanolamine 0.648mol·L-1;pH 7.00;current density 14A·dmm-2;solution temperature 40℃.The current efficiency is 91%; the specific electric energy consumption is 900kW·h·t-1;the copper powders made are smaller than 74μm by 90% under such conditions,while the primary metals are not eroded. |
