研究利用驯化活性污泥生物降解3种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs),即邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、二丁酯(DBP)和二辛酯(DOP).结果表明:侧链较短的DMP和DBP能被较快地降解,分别在3d和8d内被降解90%.但DOP的降解速率较慢。3种PAEs的生物降解过程均可用一级反应动力学模型描述,且实验测得的一级反应速率常数(K1)能与相应酯类的二级水解常数(KOH)较好地关联。 |

The microbial degradation of three phthalates,priority pollutants listed by both China National Environmental Monitoring Centre and U.S.EPA,i.e.dimethyl(DMP),di-n-butyl(DBP) and di-n-octyl(DOP) phthalate by acclimated activated sludge was investigated.The experimental results demonstrated that DMP and DBP with the shorter alkyl side chain PAEs can be rapidly degraded—nearly 90% within 3 days for DMP and 8 days for DBP.However,the degradation rate of DOP was very slow.The degradation of PAEs can be described by the first-order reaction model.The first-order rate constants(K1) of three PAEs determined in this study can correlate with the corresponding second order hydrolysis rate constants (KOH). |
