采用CMPS、PS、PS/CMPS共混、PAN、PS和PS/PDC共混材料的中空纤维超滤膜,对乳化油废水进行了超滤实验和比较,探讨了料液流速,操作温度,操作压力,运行时间对膜性能的影响,研究了清洗方法对膜性能的恢复效果。试验表明,采用CMPS、PS/CMPS中空纤维膜处理乳化油废水效果较好,透过液含油量符合生产回用标准(300mg/L),适宜的操作温度为50℃,进口压力为0.12MPa,出口压力为0.10MPa,采用0.1mol/L HCl作为清洗剂,膜性能恢复效果最佳。 |

In this paper, treatment of emulsified oil wastewater using chloro methylated polysul-fone(CMPS), polysulf one and chlor omethy-lated poly sulfone(PS/CMPS), polyacrylonitril(PAN), polysulf one and condensation-poly-merized product of phenol phthalein and dichlo rodiphenylsul fone(PS/PDC), polysul-fone(PS)hollow fiber ultrafilt ration membranes was studied. The influence of different factors, such as feed temperature, operating pressure and operating time on ultrafiltration performance, as well as recovery of the membrane property by cleaning procedure were investigated. The effect CMPS, PS/CMPS hol-low fiber membranes treating emulsified oil wastewater is better. The oil content in the permeating liquidmet the standar d of production recycling water. The proper operating conditions were: temperature 50℃, inlet pressure 0.12MPa, exit pressure 0.10M Pa and cleaning agent 0.1 mol/L HCl. |
