| Base on the analysis of water conservation management in Luoyan City it is presented in the paper that the key to improve water conservation management is to use computer system in water conservation management.Then the option of computer system architecture and concerned software system is done.In LYGWMIS there are 8 subsystems:water resource management,water user management,information management,water conservation management,table management,water charge management,personnel document management and official document management.The system has several advanced features in practicality,reliability,easy to learn and be extend from personnel computer to LAN. Therefor it can fully meet demand in water conservation management development. |
