超声提取反相高效液相色谱测定土壤中的微量硫双威

      采用超声提取反相高效液相色谱测定土壤中微量硫双威的含量。以甲醇作提取剂,对超声提取的条件进行了选择。提取物在反相ODS柱上用甲醇/水作流动相,紫外检测器进行检测,方法的线性范围宽,精密度和准确度好。相对标准偏差为1.48%,加标平均回收率为100.7%,最低定量限为0.01μg/g,最低检测限为0.042ng.还对硫双威在土壤中的降解规律进行了研究。
英文摘要
      In this paper,a method for determination of trace thiodicarb in soil by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)with supersonic extraction where methanol was used as extraction solvent was presented.The supersonic extraction conditions for thiodicarb were selected.Analyses were performed on a 150×4.6mm octacedylsilica(ODS)bonded phase column in 14 minutes.Methanol/water(60/40)mobile phase was used.Ultraviolet detector was used for detection in 240.nm wave length.The linearity of the developed method was verified.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the method was 1.48%.The average recovery rate was 100.7%.The quantitation limit was 0.01μg/g.The detection limit was 0.042ng.In addition,the degraded rule of thiodicarb in soil was studied.
