低pH值及铝对深鳅吸收45Ca的影响

      为了探讨低PH和铝对水生生物的毒性或联合毒性效应,进一步研究钙缓解作用机理,用放射性核力45Ca作为示踪剂,研究在低pH值及加铝条件下,泥鳅(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)对钙离子的吸收分布情况。结果表明,生长在pH为7.10时,45Ca在泥鳅体内各器官的96h放射性比度为:皮肤39532Cpm/g,骨骼38116Cpm/g,鳃25495cpm/g,肌肉1651cpm/s;低pH(4.70)条件下,泥鳅体内45Ca含量较正常条件下(对照组PH7.0)下降百分比为:皮肤81.07%,骨骼84.41%,鳃80.11%,肌肉5.88%;在低PH值并加铝时,泥鳅体内备器官45Ca含量与对照组相比,下降百分比分别为:皮肤89.87%.骨骼88.83%,鳃86.17%,肌肉26.47%.并讨论了酸雨危害对鱼体钙代谢的可能影响。

      The effects of low PH value and with or without the addition of aluminum on the uptake of 45Ca by Misgurnus anguillicaudatus were studied. The results showed that the speific activities of 45Ca are 39 532 cpm/g in skin,38 116 cpal/g in skeleton, 25 495 cpm/g in gill and 1 651cpm/g in muscle resistively after exposed to PH 7.10(control) for 96 h, Compared with the control, the specaac activities of 45Ca decline about 81.07% in skin,84.41% in skeleton 0.11% in gill and 5.88% in muscle after exposed to PH 4.70 without aluminum. Under the condition of PH 4.70 with the eddition of aluminum (1.0 mp/L),the speific activities of 45Ca decline.about 89.87% in skin, 88.83% in skeleton. 86.17% in gill and 26.47% in muscle respectively.The effects of acid the on the calcium metabolism in fish were discussed.
