对低温热化学转化污泥制油技术的研究与发展状况进行了综述.涉及过程机理、动力学规律、工艺特性、流程与设备和环境与经济特性等方面.该技术主要是一个有机物干馏过程,反应温度450℃和停留时间0.5 h时取得最大的油得率,过程为能量净输出,最终排放物符合现行环境标准,处理成本低于焚烧法,该技术有较好的应用前景.主要设备已经中试验证。 |
英文摘要 |
The paper gives a review on the research and developing situation about the process of oil from sludge by a lowtemperature thermo-chemical conversion. It is involved in the mechanism、kinetics、technological factors、flowage、equipments、environmental and economic features and so on. The technical characteristics of the process is a distillation process of the organics. The conclusion is that the maxium oil yield can be achieved under the temperature 450℃ and retention time 0.5 hour, the process is a net energy exportor, the final effluences of the process meet the current environmental standards, the treatment cost of the process is lower than the incineration process and the thermo-chemical technology used for the sludge treatment can be commercialized applied. Finally, the main equipments of the process have been appraised in a pilot scale test. |
