| This paper studied an improving method using spectrophotometry to determine CS2 in wastewater. By using tube-strip system instead of washing gas bottle, the stripping efficiency was raised, and the stripping time was reduced greatly. Nearly no declining sensibility and accuracy of analysis, the time of analysis was shortened from 1-2 hours to several minutes. The carbon disulfide in wastewater can be determined quickly. Analytical precision is <3% of RSD, mass of detection limit<5 μg, recovery >90%. If the wastewater sample is 10 ml, the lowest detection consistence is <0.5 mg/L. |
