| The highly efficient decolourization bacteria were selected and immobilized on an activated sludge by using an aggregated/cross-linked immob ilisation method to form a microstructure of crosslinked floccule-granule. The activity of decolourization enzyme increased by about 70% as compared with a non immobilized activited sludge.The results of textile dyeing wastewater treatment under anaerobic condition show that there was an average colour removal 77.3% with an average CODCr,removal of 65.1%. |
