依据Fe(Ⅱ)-Cr(Ⅵ)反应对Cr(Ⅵ)-Ⅰ-氧化还原反应的诱导作用,提出了诱导动力学-停流光度法测定Fe(Ⅱ)的方法并建立了测定条件:[Cr(Ⅵ)]=1.8×10-3mol·L-1,[Ⅰ-]=2.0×10-2mol·L-1,pH=1.9,590nm;在此条件下,线性范围为0-2.2μg·mL-1,检测限为0.009μg·mL-1Fe(Ⅱ);25倍的Fe(Ⅱ)对测定无干扰.测定Fe(Ⅱ)后,将Fe(Ⅲ)还原为Fe(Ⅱ)并测定总铁;从总铁含量中减去Fe(Ⅱ)含量即可得到Fe(Ⅲ)的含量.Fe(Ⅱ)的加标回收率大于98%;用本法对部分样品中铁的价态分布进行了分析,将所得结果与文献法结果进行了比较,结果满意. |

A stopped flow-kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination:of Fe (Ⅱ) was proposed based on the inductive effect of Fe(Ⅱ)-Cr(VI) reaction on the Cr(VI)-iodide redpx reaction systems under the optimal conditions of:[Cr(VI)]=1.8×10-3 mol.L-1, [Ⅰ-1]=2.0×10-2mol·L-1, pH=1.9590nm.The calibration graph is linear for 0-2.2μg.mL-1Fe(Ⅱ) and the detection limit is 0.009μg.mL-1 Fe (Ⅱ).25 times higher concentrations of Fe (Ⅲ) do not interfere with the determination of Fe (Ⅱ).Fe(Ⅲ) was reduced to Fe(Ⅱ) and total iron content was measured after the determination of Fe(Ⅱ) content and the recovery of Fe(Ⅲ) was greater than 98%.Valence distributions of iron of several samples were analysed with the proposed method and the results are satisfactory. |
