| The affectting factors of combustion reaction in the technology for direct alkali recovery from straw pulp black liquor are discussed in this paper. By the defferential thermal analysis, the following relation expression has been yielded: X/X0=1-exp(-0.012t) which can be used to compute and predict the convertion efficiency in a process of alkali recovery when Straw pulp black liquor being fired in a fluidized bed furnace. Experiments showed that the alkali recovery from straw pulp black liquor may be up to 95%. |
