诱导动力学光度法测定废水中微量砷

      依据As(Ⅲ)对Cr(Ⅵ)-Fe(phen)32+氧化还原反应在酸性条件下的诱导作用,提出了一种测定微量砷的动力学方法.并建立了测定最佳条件:[Cr(Ⅵ)]=3.2×10-4mol/L;[Fe2+]=1.2×10-4mol/L;[phen]/[Fe2+=5.6;pH=1.2;512nm.线性范围为0-3.0μg/ml As(Ⅲ),方法检测限为0.01μg/ml.除S2-外,多数常见离子均有较大允许共存量.用本法测定工业废水中的微量砷,所得结果满意.样品加标回收率为95.8%-103.3%,变异系数RSD<4.64%.
英文摘要
      A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace arsenic was proposed based on the inductive effect of As(III) on the Cr(VI)-Fe(phen)32+ redox reaction in acidic medium. The optimal conditions were established as: [Cr(VI)]=2.2·10-4mol/L; [Fe(II)] =1.2·10-4mol/L; [phen]/[Fe(II)] =5.6; pH 1.2; and wave leng-h 512nm. The calibration curve was linear for a As (III) concentration range of 0-3.0 μg/ml and the detection limit was 0.01μg/ml As(III). The method have been satisfactorily used in the determination of arsenic in industrial wastewater. The recovery was 95.8%, and relative standard deviation was 3.78%.
