有机磷农药生产废水处理技术研究

      对含环链结构的甲基异柳磷等有机磷农药生产废水的处理技术进行了试验研究.结果表明,采用湿式氧化法,若工作压力为0.5~0.6MPa(150一160℃),pH值为2,停留时间1h,CODcr和有机磷去除率分别为59.8%和91.3%,BOD5/CODcr由0.12提高到0.46.采用活性污泥法与生物活性炭法,若混合废水稀释后直接处理,在选定的条件下,CODcr去除率分别为76.0%和82.1%;经湿式氧化后稀释再进行生物处理,CODcr去除率可增加约10%.
英文摘要
      Treatment techniques of wastewater from production of organo-phosphorus pesticides with cyclic structure such as Methyl-ISP etc. were studied. Results show that removal rates of CODcr and organo-phosphorus were 59.8% and 91.3%, respectively, and the ratio of BOD5/CODcr could be increased from 0.12 to 0.46 by wet oxidation method when operating pressure was 0.5-0.6 MPa (150-160℃), PH value was 2, and HRT is 1h. Removal rate of respective CODcr was 76.0% and 82.1% for activated sludge aeration and biological activated carbon process when the diluted mixing wastewater is disposed directly under selected conditions. If the diluted mixing wastewater is disposed by biological processes after wet oxidation, removal rate of CODcr could be increased by about 10% under the same conditions.
