本文详细研究了在硫酸介质中,邻苯氨基苯甲酸与NO3-和NO2-离子显色体系的光度性质与形成条件。结果表明,显色产物的最大吸收λmax位于560—565nm。在此波长下,表观摩尔吸光系数分别为:ε′NO3-=1.07×105和ε′NO2-=1.77×105。符合Beer定律的浓度范围为:0.03—0.15 μg/ml(NO2--N)和0.05—0.20 μg/ml(NO3--N)。据此,拟定了分光光度联合训定NO3--N和NO2--N的新方法,应用于地表水的测定,得到了满意的结果。 |

The conditions of the reaction of nitrate-N and nitrite-N with N-pheny lanthranilic acid (N-PAA) were studied in detail and a highly sensitive spectr. ophotometric method was developed for the determina. tion of trace amount of nitrate-N and nittite-N in surface water. Maximum absoptions of both the colour products(N-PAA-NO3--N and N-PAA-NO2--N) appeared at wavelengths of 560-565 nm and the corresponding molar absorptivities were found to be 1.07×106(NO3--N) and 1.77×105 1· mol-1·cm-1 (NO2--N). Beer's law wa.s obeyed, in a concentration range of 0.03-0.15 μg/ml for NO2--N and 0.05-0.20 ,μg/ml for NO3--N. The interferences of foreign ions were examined and the method has been used to determine NO2--N and NO3--N in surface water with satis. |
