The determination of chromium in natural water by resersed flow injection technology combined with ABEI-H2O2Cr(Ⅲ) chemiluminescent system is reported in this paper. The detection limit of this method is 4.5×10-11 g/ml for Cr(Ⅲ), its linear range is in 1 × 10-10-8 × 10-6g/ml, and the relative standard deviation is 1.1%. The sample throughput is 100 samples per hour. |
