      本文用Nafion交换剂富集-石墨炉原子吸收法测定废水中的Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ),富集底液选用0.01mol NaAc-HAc缓冲液(pH=4.5),测定线性范围为5-100ng/ml,回收率在92-106%之间。对含Cr(Ⅲ)量为25ng/ml试样溶液进行十次平行测定,相对标准偏差为5.9%,特征浓度为2.4ng/ml Cr(Ⅲ),十多种共存离子不干扰测定。

      Nafion is a new type cation exchange polymer. In this experiment coiled tungsten supporter was modified with a thin film of Nafion. Trace amount of Cr(Ⅲ)in wasterwater was exchangeable and could be preconcentra-ted by the modified supporter. Put it into a graphite cup to take atomic absorption spectrometric measurement. Cr(VI)was reduced to Cr(Ⅲ)by NH2OH·HCl. A satisfactory result was obtained from the exchangeable preconcentration of chemically modified supporter with high selectivity of AAS. This paper introduces determination of Cr(Ⅲ)and Cr(VI)in wasterwater respectively. A buffer solution of 0.01 mol NaAc-HAc(PH = 4.5)was well suitable for preconcentration. The linear range for determination of Cr(Ⅲ)was 5-100 ng/ml Cr(Ⅲ)and recoveries 92-106%. Ten parallel tests of determing a sample solution containing 25 ng/ml Cr(Ⅲ)gave a relative standard deviation of 5.9%. The characteristic concentration was 2.4 ng/ml Cr(Ⅲ). More than 10 foreign ions did not interfere the determination.
