| The environmental problems mankind faces today is coming from the shock of industrial production. For the purpose of exploring the interaction between industrial production and the environment, three patterns of industrial development after the Industrial Revolution has been discussed in this paper on the basis of the functuon of industry itself. It has been pointed out that the non-waste technology is the newest pattern which could he considered as the basic approach to rationally utilize natural resources and to protect the environment. The formation of the concept "non-waste technology" and its development are introduced and some examples presented here illustrate its main realizable ways. |
