| The coordinated development of agricultural new quality productivity and agricultural green total factor productivity (GTFP) is an urgent need to realize the progress from a “large agricultural country” to a “powerful agricultural country,” and it is also an inevitable requirement to promote the realization of Chinese-style agricultural modernization. On the basis of deconstructing the coordinated network mechanism of agricultural new quality productivity and agricultural GTFP, this study constructs the spatial correlation matrix of their coordinated network based on the modified gravity model and uses the social network analysis method to analyze the evolution characteristics and driving factors of the coordinated network of agricultural new quality productivity and agricultural GTFP in China. The results show that: ① The coordination network of agricultural new quality productivity and agricultural GTFP was gradually formed in all provinces of China, and not only did the neighboring provinces generate spatial correlation through factor interaction, but the non-neighboring provinces also showed a spatial transmission effect through jumping linkage. ② The coordination network was characterized by a “core-edge” structure, with large agricultural provinces such as Shandong, Hubei, and Henan at the core of the network and remote western provinces such as Xinjiang, Ningxia, and Qinghai at the edge of the network. ③ The coordination network could be divided into “two-way spillover,” “net spillover,” “isolate,” and “net benefit” segments. Most of the sectors had significant correlation, showing an obvious club effect. ④ Different factors had differentiated the formation of the coordination network, among which spatial proximity, differences in agricultural industry structure, differences in financial support for agriculture, differences in dryness, and differences in environmental regulation had a significant impact on the coordination network, but differences in the level of urbanization and differences in the level of scientific and technological innovation have not yet been highlighted in terms of their impact on the coordination network. |
