新质生产力对黄河流域地级市绿色发展水平的影响

      绿色发展是高质量发展的底色,新质生产力本身就是绿色生产力. 基于黄河流域2011~2020年81个地级市面板数据,采用多种计量模型检验新质生产力对绿色发展水平的影响效应及异质性表现. 结果表明:①新质生产力能够显著提高黄河流域地级市绿色发展水平. ②区域异质性分析发现,新质生产力能够显著提高中游和下游地区地级市绿色发展水平,对上游地区地级市绿色发展水平的影响并不显著. ③空间杜宾模型检验结果显示,仅在全样本回归中,新质生产力对绿色发展水平存在正向空间溢出效应. 研究结论可为因地制宜发展新质生产力以推动黄河流域实现绿色协调发展提供理论依据和决策参考.
英文摘要
      Green development is the background of high-quality development, and new quality productive forces themselves are green productive forces. Based on the panel data of 81 prefecture-level cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2011 to 2020, a variety of measurement models were used to empirically test the impact of new quality productivity on the green development level and the heterogeneity performance. The study found that: ① The new quality productivity could significantly improve the green development level of prefecture-level cities in the Yellow River Basin. ② The regional heterogeneity analysis found that the new quality productivity could significantly improve the green development level of prefecture-level cities in the middle and downstream regions, but had no significant impact on the green development level of prefecture-level cities in the upstream regions. ③ The results of the SDM test showed that in the full sample regression, new quality productivity had a significant positive spatial spillover effect on green development level. These conclusions provide theoretical foundations and policy references for developing localized new quality productivity strategies to drive coordinated green development in the Yellow River Basin.
