| 为深入探究我国城市污泥中微塑料(MPs)的污染状况,以全国36个城市的252个污泥样品为研究对象,综合利用显微镜观察、傅里叶变换红外光谱测定,以及污染负荷指数(PLI)、聚合物风险指数(H)和潜在生态风险指数(PERI)等技术方法,对我国城市污泥中MPs的赋存特征及生态风险展开系统研究. 结果显示,所有城市污泥样本中均检出MPs,其丰度范围为(2.6±0.6)×103~(232.6±116.1)×103 个·kg-1,平均值为(35.9±40.1)×103 个·kg-1,在空间分布上呈现华南地区>西南地区>华东地区>华北地区>西北地区>东北地区>华中地区的趋势. MPs的粒径集中在100~500 μm;主要为透明的纤维状和杆状;主要聚合物为乙烯/丙烯共聚物(PE-PP)、聚丙烯(PP)和聚酯(PES). 经估算,2016年我国随污泥排放的MPs数量达2.17×1014个,空间分布呈现东高西低的规律,其中填埋处置和土地利用是污泥中MPs的主要去向(63.57%),合计达1.38×1014个. 综合PLI、H和PERI这3种评估模型的结果表明,我国城市污泥MPs污染总体处于高风险水平. 研究结果可为我国MPs污染研究的完善及其防控措施的制定提供科学依据和数据支撑. |

| To investigate the characteristics and ecological risk posed by microplastics (MPs) pollution in sewage sludge (SS) across China, a comprehensive analysis was conducted on 252 samples from 36 cities, employing stereomicroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, as well as the pollution load index (PLI), polymer hazard index (H), and potential ecological risk index (PERI) model. The MPs abundance in SS ranged from (2.6±0.6)×103 to (232.6±116.1)×103 n·kg-1, with an average value of (35.9±40.1)×103 n·kg-1. The MPs abundance exhibited a descending trend of South > Southwest > East > North > Northwest > Northeast > Central China. The MPs were mainly composed of transparent fibers and shafts of 100-500 μm, with the main polymers being ethylene propylene polymer (PE-PP), polypropylene (PP), and polyester (PES). Based on the total SS production in 2016, the amount of MPs emission was estimated to be 2.17×1014 particles, exhibiting a spatial distribution pattern with a greater amount in eastern China than that in western China. The landfill and land application were the primary destinations for MPs in SS(63.57%), accounting for 1.38×1014 particles. According to the three ecological risk assessment models, the ecological risk of MPs in SS was at a high-risk level. These findings provided significant data support for the prevention and control of MPs pollution in SS across China. |
