| 全面绿色低碳转型是实现“双碳”目标愿景和促进经济高质量发展的必由之路. 基于2011~2021年中国30个省级行政区面板数据,运用SBM模型测算碳排放绩效,并构建面板回归模型、门槛模型与空间滞后模型实证检验数字经济和双重环境规制对碳排放绩效的影响效应. 结果表明:①数字经济显著提升碳排放绩效,非正式环境规制抑制碳排放绩效提升;②异质性分析表明,数字经济提升碳排放绩效在中部地区、电力自给率高及能源强度高的地区尤为显著;③数字经济提升碳排放绩效存在单门槛效应;④碳排放绩效存在负向空间溢出效应,本地碳排放绩效对邻近区域碳排放绩效产生负向影响. |

| Comprehensive green and low-carbon transformation is the only way to achieve the vision of "double carbon" and promote high-quality economic development. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021, the SBM model is used to measure carbon emission performance, and panel regression, threshold, and spatial lag models are constructed to empirically test the impact of digital economy and dual environmental regulation on carbon emission performance. The results showed that: ① Digital economy significantly improved carbon emission performance, and informal environmental regulation inhibited carbon emission performance. ② There was regional heterogeneity in the improvement of carbon emission performance by digital economy, and the digital economy in the central region played a significant role in improving carbon emission performance. ③ The analysis of heterogeneity showed that the performance of digital economy in improving carbon emissions was particularly significant in the central region and the regions with high power self-sufficiency rate and high energy intensity. ④ There was a negative spatial spillover effect on carbon emission performance, and local carbon emission performance had a negative impact on carbon emission performance in adjacent areas. |
