基于水蚯蚓摄食活性污泥的批量培养试验,考察了水蚯蚓在活性污泥中的生长规律,以及底物、溶解氧浓度由低到高变化对水蚯蚓比增长速率的影响.结果表明,在水温25℃±0.5℃、溶解氧4 mg·L-1、底物浓度4000 mg·L-1条件下培养18周,水蚯蚓体重随培养时间的变化趋势较好地符合Gauss函数,最大比增长速率μAWmax=0.41 d-1,最大产率系数YW/S=0.32,最大污泥减量率SRmax=25.5%;底物浓度和溶解氧浓度由低到高变化时,水蚯蚓比增长速率与底物浓度、溶解氧浓度之间的关系满足Monod方程,底物浓度对水蚯蚓生长速率的影响要大于溶解氧浓度,水蚯蚓可以在溶解氧浓度较低的环境中生长.呼吸试验结果表明,水蚯蚓幼蚓期、快速生长期、成熟稳定期、衰亡期呼吸速率分别维持在6.39、 10.10、 11.31和5.74 mg·(L·g·h)-1左右,快速生长期与成熟稳定期所需溶解氧浓度要高于幼蚓期与衰亡期. |

The growth kinetics of aquatic worms was investigated from juvenile to decline phase for 18 weeks by cultivating with activated sludge in batch test. Results showed that the growth of aquatic worms well fit Gauss function for cultivating 18 weeks. The maximum specific growth rate, growth yield of aquatic worms and sludge reduction rate was 0.41 d-1, 0.32 and 25.5%, respectively. When the concentration of substrate and dissolved oxygen change from low to high, the relationship between the specific growth rate with dissolved oxygen, and substrate concentration meet the Monod equation. Compared with the dissolved oxygen, the substrate concentration had greater effect on the specific growth rate of aquatic worms, and aquatic worms can live in the environment with low dissolved oxygen. Furthermore, the breath test showed the oxygen uptake rate of aquatic worms was almost 6.39, 10.10, 11.31 and 5.74 mg·(L·g·h)-1 from juvenile to decline phase, the dissolved oxygen demand of the rapid growth and mature stage was higher than juvenile and decline phase. |
