利用化学沉淀法制备Cu/Fe双金属颗粒,并从工业污泥中驯化得耐Cr(Ⅵ)硫酸盐还原菌厌氧混合菌群(SRB),将两者协同处理含Cr(Ⅵ)废水.研究比较了SRB-Cu/Fe体系与传统SRB体系、Cu/Fe体系处理废水的效果,并探讨了不同QCu/Fe、pH值对SRB-Cu/Fe体系处理效果的影响.结果表明,SRB-Cu/Fe体系的处理效果明显优于SRB或Cu/Fe体系的效果.Cu/Fe双金属颗粒的参与不仅明显缩短了SRB的适应期,提高了硫酸盐、Cr(Ⅵ)的还原速率,而且显著增强了SRB对 Cr(Ⅵ)耐受性,其耐铬能力提高了200%(从100mg·L-1增加到300mg·L-1).在 Cr(Ⅵ)浓度为300mg·L-1、Cu/Fe双金属颗粒比值(QCu/Fe)为7.5%、pH为5.0~8.0条件下,室温处理48 h后,出水的 Cr(Ⅵ)浓度低于0.071mg·L-1,总铬浓度低于0.512mg·L-1, Cu浓度接近于0.本研究新构建的SRB-Cu/Fe体系处理效果显著,兼具生物和化学处理的优点,在含铬废水的处理中具有广阔的应用前景. |

Copper-iron bimetallic particles were prepared by chemical precipitation technique. Under the help of the particles Cr(Ⅵ)-containing wastewater was well treated by a consortium of sulfate reducing bacteria, which were enriched from industrial wastewater and acclimatized to tolerant to high concentrations of Cr(Ⅵ). SRB-Cu/Fe system, traditional SRB system and Cu/Fe system were experimented in the batch bioreactor, respectively. It is demonstrated that SRB-Cu/Fe bimetallic system perform much better than traditional SRB system or copper-iron bimetallic. The acclimation period of SRB was significantly reduced and the inhibiting concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) of SRB was also greatly increased by approximately 200% (from 100mg·L-1 to 300mg·L-1). Under the conditions of Cr(Ⅵ) 300mg·L-1, QCu/Fe 7.5%, pH 5.0-8.0, the concentration of total chromium was less than 0.512mg/L, Cr(Ⅵ) less than 0.071 mg, Cu next to zero after 48 h treatment. Having biological, chemical advantages and high efficiency, the novel SRB-Cu/Fe system should have the broad application prospects in industrial wastewater. |
