| 以氧载体作显色体系,提出了组氨酸-Co(Ⅱ)光度法测定水中溶解氧的方法;并用从实验中得到的[Co]-[O2]关系,尝试用Co标准溶液代替O2标准,解决了O2标准的难题。该方法简单、快速,取样量少、准确度高。DO的测定范围为0.1～20mg/L。 |

| In this paper a new spectrophotometric method for determining dissolved oxygen in water with Histidine-Co complexe as a colour reagent is investigated.According to the relationship of Co-O2 found in experiment A-Co standard curve is used as calibrated curve instead of A-O2 curve and the difficult of gaining the oxygen standard can be sollved.It is a simple,fast,accurate and microanalysis method,the determining range of DO is 0.1～20 mg/L. |
