高密度电荷阳离子聚电解质对油污泥的混凝性能

      采用酯交换反应合成高密度电荷阳离子聚电解质(粘均分子量260×104和电荷密度45%),通过对油污泥的混凝处理试验,实现油、水与泥渣三相分层,油品回收率达到85%,分离出的水达到工业排放要求。机理研究表明,高密度电荷阳离子聚电解质不仅可以使粘土颗粒表面Zet电位中和到0mV,而且有效地絮凝清除了粒径在20μm以下的微细颗粒。
英文摘要
      Having been treated by cationic polyelectrolyte with high density charge(viscosity-average molecular weight 260×104,cationic character 45%), which was synthesized by using ester exchange reaction, oily sludges were separated with oil water and the cake three phase respectively, and the rate of oil recovery reached 85%, and separated water achieved the requirements about sewage draining of national standard. It was found that, the multiple flocculation action of cationic polyelectrolyte with high density charge could not only make the Zeta potential of particle surface be neutralized to 0mV, but also make the fine grains(diameter under 20μm) be effectively flocculated and swept away.
