为提高地方环境标准的科学性与可操作性,本文对我国重点保护水域——第二松花江的支流、流经长春市的伊通河现行过严的功能分类标准提出质凝;并根据第二松花江干流的功能要求和实施流域水污染物总量控制的原则,通过预测与计算,提出了伊通河应分河段、跨类别控制的较为科学合理又切实可行的功能分类建议。 |
英文摘要 |
For improving the scientific and operating capacity of the local environmental standards,this paper questions the existing over severe functional classifying standards of the running through Changchun City's Yitong River,the branch of the Second Songhua River,one of the important protective waters in China.According to the functional requirement of the mainstream of the Songhua River and the rule of the total quantity control of the water pollutants in the waters,on the basis of predicting and calculation,this paper presents the functional classification sugestion which is scientific reasonable and actually feasible,and the Yitong River should be controled by dividing the river and arossing the classes of the waters function. |
