| lt is proved that air resource is one of the most valuable natural resources by means of analyzing and expounding.From the standpoint of atmospheric environmental carrying capacity for pollutants,the ambient air quality is divided into two parts of “quidditative” and “heterrogeous”,and its method of assessment is approached. On the basis of analyzing the air resource's value,a preliminary solution in measuring its value is also given in this paper.Furthermore,the effective ways for air resources protection are studied. |
