| In this paper, the joint probability distribution of wind(directions, speeds)and stability conditions are given on the basis of probability theory. A kind of semi-empirical formula is also obtained, and gives the diagnostic depth of planet bo mdary by using stability and the regular wind speeds measured on the weather station in China. |
